The Best Sunscreens for Summer – Recommendations By Hyram

The Best Sunscreens for Summer – Recommendations By Hyram

Once again, lets talk about our favorite skincare product – THE SUNSCREEN. That almost sounds like a Marvel Superhero, I suppose Sunscreens are the superheroes in the world of skincare.

Hyram is a skincare enthusiast who gained fame on YouTube and TikTok because of how much research he puts into his content. The research and transparency of Hyram’s skincare reviews is quite obvious, which is why he, despite not being a certified dermatologist, has a fan following that loves, respects and trusts his skincare recommendations.

Here are some of The Best Sunscreens that Hyram Recommends for The Scorching Summer Heat. Speaking of which, isn’t the heat just absolutely ridiculous this year. I feel like the Sun is angry at some people not believing in Global Warming!

Anyway, I went off on a tangent there. But let’s get into the good stuff that you came here for! Sunscreens!

TOP 6 SUNSCREENS FOR SUMMER RECOMMENDATIONS BY HYRAM

1. TruSkin Mineral Sunscreen with Vitamin C – SPF 30

This one combines the antioxidant power of Vitamin C alongside of a Mineral Sunscreen in an SPF 30 formula. It has an initial white cast but once you rub it into your skin, you can get rid of the white cast. It has shea butter and cucumber which are nourishing ingredients for the skin.

SUNSCREENS FOR SUMMER

As someone who is allergic to Vitamin C, (quite unfortunate considering how amazing the ingredient is for the skin) I would recommend be aware of that. Do a patch test before buying anything with Vitamin C in it.

2. Pipette Mineral Sunscreen – SPF 50

This one is a super hyped and a super affordable sunscreen that Hyram recommends for the Summer. It’s fragrance free and has a simple ingredient list that includes Squalene. Squalene is a highly moisturizing ingredient, which makes this a better option if you have dry to combination skin.

The white cast on this formula remains a little visible even after rubbing it in, but at this price point you can’t get better than this for an SPF 50 Sunscreen.

3. Bliss Block Star Sunscreen – SPF 30

This is a tinted sunscreen that mattifies the skin really well. Definitely a great option for any of you with oily skin. This one has been raved about by Hyram for over a year, the tint is not full coverage like a tinted moisturizer but it is enough to cover any redness on your face.

This sunscreen has lavender essential oil, so be aware if you have a skin sensitivity to that ingredient. This one has a tint, so probably not the best choice for all you dark skinned beauties out there, or even if you have a really white skin tone, the tint will be too dark for you.

4. Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel – SPF 50

This Korean Sunscreen is a go-to sunscreen for a trip to the beach, as recommended by Hyram. It’s lightweight, a little Dewy, owing to the Hyaluronic acid that is in it. This also contains the super skin ingredient, Niacinamide. The suntella and fig that is found in this Sunscreen nicely nourishes the skin, while providing an SPF 50 sun protection. Usually, SPF 50 feels extremely greasy and uncomfortable on the skin, but this is a lightweight formula and you will forget that you have this on your skin.

5. Enjoy Super Mild Sun Essence – SPF 50

This sunscreen is an SPF 50 in gel consistency! What! It does not get any better than this, (except it does because I saved the best for last). This is so lightweight on the skin; you will not believe that it is SPF 50. But it is! It is mildly dewy on the skin, does not feel heavy at all and has zero white cast.

A fantastic option for you if you have oily skin. Sunscreens can feel greasy on us oily skinned humans, but a formula like this one, is a winner. No grease, no white cast, just lots of sun protection and amazingness in a bottle.

6. Hero Cosmetics Force Shield Superlight Sunscreen – SPF 30

As mentioned above, I saved the best for last. This sunscreen is Hyram’s absolute favorite. It is the best one he has ever used in his life, that is a huge claim for somebody who does skincare review videos for a living. The slightly off-white pigment in this sunscreen is great to camouflage any redness on your skin.

This sunscreen has a unique consistency, gel or cream, you decide. This sunscreen has a lot of antioxidants in its ingredient list, which is fabulous for preventing environmental damage at the price point, that is incredible.

It is a good option if you have combination to oily skin. This zinc oxide sunscreen will check the boxes for all your sunscreen requirements. A unique non-greasy formula, super skincare ingredients, zero white cast, affordable, accessible. It is no surprise that this product is at the top of Hyram’s list.

Wrapping Up

All the sunscreens mentioned above have been recommended by Hyram, so it is safe to say they are all good products, that will do what they are supposed to be doing, that is protect you from the common enemy – The Sun. The details have been added to help you make an informed decision. Some have made the list because of their affordability as well as the practicality. As Dr. Dray says, the best sunscreen is the one that you use. So, do not be afraid of the Sun, just use your sunscreen, and don’t forget to reapply every 3 hours.

Cheers to a calmer mind and skin!
